World Tourism Day

The 27th of September is the World Tourism Day. The slogan is 'Tourism for all'.

It promotes accesible tourism: making the world more accesible for people with disabilities. Everyone can enjoy all the resources we have. Everyone needs to travel, meet other cultures, see the world and live a good experience.

Heraldry of Trujillo

Last Friday, we discovered Trujillo thanks to the students of the Upper Vocational Training Studies of Tourism Guide, Information and Assistance. 

The teacher, Nuria Mora, designed a rout in Trujillo explaining the meaning of the different coat of arms of the families.

Almudena and Jennifer, the second –year students, explained the shields using specific vocabulary: the tinctures (colours), the shape, the background...Moreover, they talked about the origin, the history, the leyends and some curiosities, like, why there is the Athletic Bilbao shield on the Julia´s Tower in María´s Church.
